Shipments and returns

We charge the following shipping costs (all prices are in Euro (EUR) excl. VAT):

• No charges for Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), such as shareware-registrations. If you choose electronic delivery you will in most cases get an e-mail with download instructions and a key to use product. For some products we can do this within minutes, for other products this process usually takes 1 working day.
• Actual costs for packages.
• Actual costs for express shipments.

If we decide to send partial shipments, you will only be charged shipment costs once.
